In an attempt to soften the devasting blow of losing the official licenses to the likes of the Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and the UEFA Super Cup, after a successful 10-year partnership earlier this year, Konami has introduced seven brand new, completely licensed leagues to the series. One of the biggest additions to Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 is the changes to their officially licensed leagues.
